While the villas are being built, 150 jobs will be generated and training focusing on traditional construction will be set up.

As soon as the estate is completed, 40 to 50 people will work onsite; the inhabitants of the neighbouring villages will be privileged for recruitment and DWAR KER EZZAITOUNA will train them to provide the domestic services required on such an estate.

An initiatory journey to the pisé construction techniques will be incorporated into the programme.

Finally, DWAR KER EZZAITOUNA will become an example of the traditional building trade of the province as well as its decorative handcraft (pottery, weaving, jewellery, carpets, etc.)
