Our project DWAR KER EZZAITOUNA is therefore focused on these concerns adding a touch of originality by introducing complementary themes so true to Morocco: Tradition and Modernity.

These themes are expressed in the form of Luxury and Moderation, Sustainable Development and Well-Being in a completely secure and convivial environment.

OBJECTIVE

Our objective is to create a residential unit built solely according to traditional techniques (pisé, adobe, etc.) reapplying the models that inspired the Berber Kasbahs of Southern Morocco.

The introduction of a sustainable development bearing, allowing to enjoy, not only the quietness of the surrounding nature, but also eco-friendly environments, in other words: non polluting, hygienic and respectful of the human and natural context.
